Is it hard to learn Ballroom dancing?

Dance is a skill and as such, it requires time to develop. If you’ve ever played an instrument, you understand the process and in dance your body becomes your instrument and it is equally as important to give it time to learn the movement, develop coordination and muscle memory before you are able to express yourself confidently.

Which is the easiest dance to learn?

The easiest dance to learn is Waltz, it has a slow tempo with a constant even rhythm. Also, the box step is one of the most simple patterns in all the dance forms. From there, Rumba (which also utilizes the box step) and Salsa would be your best bets.

What are the health benefits of ballroom dancing?

There are numerous benefits from a healthier body, to healthier mind. The way partner dancing works requires for the participants to be in a constant state of alertness while moving their bodies to the music, acting and reacting to your partner and environment.
It has been tested to show great benefits against Alzheimer’s as well as being able to help with all the health benefits of aerobics without the necessary high impact to the joints and muscles.
